Frieda Van Graff is the owner and operator of Frieda's Firearms store in Hoover Dam in 2253.
Background[]
Frieda is not originally from Hoover Dam. She hails from Redding, and was born into the Van Graff family. She was born to Van Graff matriarch and is the sister of prisoner Jean-Baptiste Cutting. She knows very little about her half-brother, except that he has been missing for a few years now.
Frieda is attractive, but she is very hard, like an old bar-fly. She does not take crap from anyone and would just as soon shoot them as to serve them. She expects a courteous customer, and if she does not feel respected, she refuses to do business until the customer changes their ways.[1]

Effects of player's actions[]
If the Prisoner does not Successfully Negotiate Peace between NCR and BOS, the population of the Rim will begin to decline in Act II. At 3/4 of the original population, Frieda will close her store and leave Hoover Dam altogether.[2]
Notes[]
- Despite her concept art image, Frieda is actually an African-American woman in her fifties.[3]
