铆钉城顽固的安全主管，35岁的哈克尼斯是一个好人，一个好朋友，尽管他举止粗暴。哈克尼斯非常公正。他对待机库甲板的公民与对待上层甲板的公民一样尊重。因此，他深受机库甲板居民的喜爱。[Non-game 1]他对居民的类似对待是他与他最好的朋友以及二把手拉娜·丹弗斯之间摩擦的根源。[Non-game 2]
