A bald ghoul in charge of the "all powerful" supply cabinet inside the Gecko reactor, Jeremy is a pleasant, if excessively formality obsessed person. He dislikes Skeeter after he started a fire inside the cabinet.

He carries a requisition form himself, but it can only be stolen, not bartered for, and killing him for the form defeats the purpose, as he is the only character the forms are of value to.
